I've watched all of DN Angel and I thought it was okay. Though the whole alter-ego issue wasn't really developed in the plot. And the Niwa and Hiwatari conflict wasn't very interesting. Everything else was pretty funny.
I basically agree with Raito. The humour was pretty good but the alter-ego thing has been done before.
well, i haven't finished it yet but i'm on episode 19 manga 9. i think the mangas story is acctually a little better.....but the show is cool to watch ^_^
It's an old shoujo series meant for younger audiences. It was appealing when I watched it back when it was new, but like what I thought of Card Captor Sakura after giving it a second view a few years later--it definitely loses its flare. It's quite vintage, though. It got me started on the whole fansubber-downloading scene.
The series itself was okay, but the manga is so much better. It's better written if you like plot, but the anime itself is good if you want to laugh. The anime, I think anyway, seemed to get through the story as fast as it could so nobody would have a problem with it.
From what I've seen of DN Angel I like it, Wiz is cute and so is Diwa (sp) but I wish it followed the manga a lot more then it did.
Niwa* ^ The contract was 26 eps, but the manga contained whole lot more than what they could encompass in 26 episodes. So at some point, they just took it into their own hands to create their own ending. If I'm not mistaken, the manga is *still* going, or has only recently been finished. There is a crap load that isn't the series, but that's why the manga is pretty much more preferrable cause there's just a lot more to read and know about.
