I am going for 100% of the journal and have noticed that I have a crap load of D-links to get. Upon researching, I found out that some are with the same character. How do I get the second D-Link with the same Character?
Level up the D-Link by getting both items for each one. Then do the finisher for the advanced form of that D-Link. If you somehow never did the finisher for the first form of the D-Link, go to the main menu and use the L and R buttons to switch between forms of the D-Link. You can upgrade them by getting a D-Link item from defeating enemies...the chances of them dropping the first item is somewhere around 10% and 5% for the second item.
And don't forget about Pete. He's the only optional D-Link and can only be gotten from the command board (just don't use the Mirage Arena's).
