It looks a little low quality to me. It would look a lot better if you took the text out of it, what program did you use to make it?

 

I didn't make it my friend did.
She used Photoshop.
It doesn't look low quality and if it does it's because the original pic was low quality.
I don't see what's wrong with the tet it's just his name LOL

It's low quality, as the others said. Generally, if the quality's bad, find another picture and use it. In all actuality it sort of looks like fanart.
And it doesn't seem like much was done to it.
What did the original image look like?
