Help Custom user titles

    Why do some people get to choose there user titles why others don't?

    And some non-premium users are only able to use custom ones only because of a glitch. But the glitch is automatically fixed as soon as their post count reaches the next level.

    Normal Members can't choose their User Titles, while Premiums and Staff can. It was a rule made some time back.

    And, if your wondering why a few normal members have User Titles, it's because they haven't touched their titles or options since the new rule came into play.
