Here's mine.

Roxas Form
After defeating Roxas in TWTNW, get Final Form first. Then, equip the oblivion and Oathkeeper keyblades on. You'll randomly drive into this form when you drive into FINAL FORM with OATHKEEPER and OBLIVION equipped.
Sora will be wearing Roxas' outfit.
Advantages is that you'll have access to all of Roxas' skills and more. Disadvantage is that you'll lose both donal and goofy adn that this happens rarely.
Abilities are auto counter (when knocked into the air, will automatically counter with a spinning attack to the ground), dual strike (something like slapshot except with two keyblades), dual spin (something like ariel spin except with two keyblades), dual finish (unleashes a powerful shockwave at the end of a combo on the ground), dual end (unleashes a powerful X shaped blow at the end of a combo with midair), dual magic (unleashes two spells for the cost of one) and twilight limit (a limit break. Sora leaps into the air and calls upon shockwaves that race around the area, then he calls upon giant pilars of light from the ground, he then spins his keybldes to form giant balls of light that seek out enemies, and finally he'll throw both keyblades into the air and put his hands up and shout "light!" as a bright light fills the screen. The shock waves are called "twilight waves", the pillar of light is "shine", the balls of light are called "pearl" and the final attack is called "final twilight")

 

Shadow Form
You have to have Riku in your party and you have to wield Oblivion.It works like Anti-form.only it happens when Final form fails to work.
Advantage is that you can control the heartless AND Nobodies while your in this form and you get to wield Way To Dawn.the Disadvantage is you can't use any magic and it waists drive gauges.
Abilites include Dark Aura,Aura Shield,Dark Clone.(Sora creats doubles of himself in order to confuse the enemy),Oblivion(makes doubles of Oblivion and hurls them at the enemy),Way To Oblivion(Hurls Oblivion and Way to dawn and creates a bright light blinds the enemy)

Name: Nobody Form


How to obtain: Deafeating 13 of the... big things in that room with the pillars.. I totally forgot what it was called.

Appearance: White with black eyes.

Advantage: Able to go in the dark corridors/darkness and use them willingly.

Disadvantage: You have to level up to 99 to get it

Abilities (if any): All forms into one plus darkness users traits and abilities.

Anything else:... it owns.

 

Form Name: Dark

How to obtain: Max out all other drive forms.
Appearnce: Sora's clothes become a dark black and grows an overcoat. Sora's eyes turn a crimson red with a dark blue aura surrounding him.
Advantage: Sora's speed is increased dramatically, about 1.5 times more than Valor. Able to wield two keyblades and has tremendous power.
Disadvantage: Sora cannot use any magic except Reflect. Drive Gauge is drained very rapidly.
Abilities:
Shadow Blade Attack - Sora swiftly attacks an locked-on enemy at light-speed
Dark Finisher - (Replaces Explosion) After completing a combo attack, Sora goes and strikes his two keyblades into the ground, causing dark beams to come ot of the ground and strike all enemies in range. (Sort of a multiple Holy)

 

xialdin form

how to obtain: beat data xialdin

appearance: float on air (like in the tornado), spear like decorations on body, *grows sideburns lol*

advantage: easy movement

disadvantage: injured easily, allies don't support

abilities: jumping up far distances, using jump attack(like in xialdin battle), uses 3 keyblades that attack on own, shoots windballs

limit attack: gale winds: winds shoot out in all directions injure all enemys

 

Name: Twilight XIII Form

How to obtain: After using all of your summons on one boss.

Appearance: Sora in a Organization XIII coat.

Advantages: Physical attacks only work on heartless, magic only works on nobodies. Donald and Goofy are still in his team.

Disadvantages: Magic dosent work on heartless, physical attacks dont work on nobodies.

Abilities (if any): He can use physical attacks along with his magic attacks in a combo. He can also turn invisible to heartless and nobodys and bosses. He can go underground. In one ultimate combo, he summons all of his keyblades from KH and KH2 and stab all enemys in sight with them.

Name: Run, Run Away! Form


How to obtain:... has to run away from a shadow.

Appearance: Sora with Demyx hair and a tube floatie

Advantages: Is able to run away from every enemy once you're leveled up to max on the Run, Run Away! Form

Disadvantages: Goofy and Donald stay in their usual normal forms.

Abilities: -2 speed.

Anything else: lawlz

 

Name:Magi-Form
How to obtain:Get wisdom form at LVL 7 to get this form


Appearence:Sora is in his wisdom form suit but the flames are larger and theres
electricity going through sora

Ability:Teleportation

Changes:attack command changes to shoot.Hold down X to release a charged wisdom bullet.wisdom bullets become stronger.Wisdom bullet combo becomes more powerful per hit.Magic attacks are more powerful

Attacks:Firaga10x:do firaga 5 times repeativley to create a huge firaga shield while moving,it lasts for 10 seconds.

Blizzaga10x:do blizzaga 5 times repeativley to release barrages of ice everywhere for about 3 seconds.

Thundaga10x:do Thungaga 5 times repeativley to call powerful barrages of thunder everywhere for about 3 seconds.

Tri-magi:do firaga then blizzaga then thundaga quickly to create fire sheilds that shoot barrages of ice that call thunder near the target(in other words wen the blizzaga icicles hit something thunder will be called there).

Chaotic Draw:use Magnega 5 times repeativley to draw all enemys towards you and do a powerful blast.

Ultimate Reflega:do reflega 3 times repeativley to create a vast shield while moving for 3 seconds.also happens when you cast reflega before taking critical damage.

Limits: Dances with fire:At the bottom of the magic command the command limit will be avalable,choose dances with fire to get sora to start spinning in a tornadoe of fire as fire comes out of the ground.the reaction command changes to break release realising all the fire into a chain of attacks and the shoot command changes to dance wich lets sora spin faster and gain more fire and attack a target.soon the reaction command changes to Final Flare which creates a huge firey explosion(like axel did),Cost:All MP.


Blizzagas frost:At the bottom of the magic command the command limit will be avalable,choose Blizzagas frost to get sora to create the area into a frozen wasteland.Sora will then start floating in the air shooting icicles like crazy as freezing wind attacks.the reaction command changes to catch and release making sora gather freezing power to release huge barrages of very powerful blizzaga tornadoes,the shoot command changes to frost bite which makes sora release barrages of iice and wind at the enemy.then the reaction command changes to Freeze making sora create a huge blast of ice freezing the whole area,Cost:All MP.


Thundagas Ballet:At the bottom of the magic command the command limit will be avalable,choose Thundagas ballet to get sora to start dancing(like a ballet LOL)sora will call upon chaotic thunder attacks as well as shooting thunder beams at enemys.The reaction command changes to beams that make sora shoot thunder beams everywhere.the shoot command changes to shock making sora call upon chaotic thunder storms.then the reaction command changes to Final Flash that make sora call upon a huge malestorm of lighting every that does critical damage,Cost:ALL MP.

Ultimate Magic:At the bottom of the magic command the command limit will be avalable,choose Ultimate magic to get sora to start spinning.its like the normal move tri magic except stronger.Sora starts spinning inside a tornadoe full of firey meteors while shooting huge barrages of ice and calls lighting everywhere.the reaction command changes to tri power making sora spin and shoot huge barrages of ice while calling malestorms of thunder.the shoot command changes to tri beam shooting three beams of fire ice and thunder.then the reaction command changes to Ultima Bomb making sora create a huge bomb of chaos and throws it causing major damage destroying everything.Cost:All Partys MP and makes soras HP go down to 5.

Positives:glides on ground and can move swift,has powerful magic attacks.is able to teleport.

Negatives:limits cost all mp,charge wisdom bullet costs some magic,cant teleport up or down.hard to find perfect teleport place

Teleportation:a ability to make sora teleport

How to use:when in normal form or in Magi-Form point the analog stick to the direction to where u wanna go.how far u tilt the control stick tells how far u will telepoty

leveling up:when Magi-Form levels up its easier to get to the most perfect teleport place and you attack quicker right when you reach ur target (in other words you attack right when you land but in lower levels you wait a sec to attack.leveling up will decrease the time to attack when you teleport)

How to level up form:collect Mp orbs and drive orbs to get experience or use successful magic combos(like 3 firagas)

Name:Other Promise Form
Appearence:Sora with blonde hair(hair style still the same)wears organization coat and holds 2 accrossing two keyblades(keyblade u get when u beat roxas in FM)
How to get:Beat Roxas in TWTNW.


Attacks: sora attacks using alot of spin combos and does combos like dual weilding roxas and does powerful spinning combos

Advantages:Is not hurt by nobodies,power increases,sadness bar addition.

Disadvantages:Is hurt by heartless badle,defense decreases,does weaker attacks when sadness bar is below 1.

Sadness Bar:it appears above the drive bar.the sadness bar starts at 5.the sadness bar is used for powerful attacks and limits but decreasing the sadness bar makes you weaker.

Limits: Pilars of sorrow:Sora unleashes beaming pilars that move and shot beams at enemys.keep pressing the triangle button to continue and when blast appears press triangle to shoot the pilars as one huge beam.Cost:1 of the sadness bar

Battle of the jus:Sora unleahes powerful spinning combos everywhere.The reaction command changes to direction change which make sora change direction and makes a huge blast when changing.attack command changes to spin.which make sora spin faster and more powerfuller.when the reaction command changes to spin strike press triangle to do a powerful spinning finisher.Cost:2 of the sadness bar.

Double raid:like strike raid except with two keyblades.the reaction command changes to raid that make sora throw both keyblades at a target.attack command changes to free style which make sora throw the keyblades everywhere.then the reaction command changes to Final Judgement which make sora throw them everywhere creating huge blasts:Cost:1 of the sadness bar

Goodbye.....Friend: roxasses powerful attack(the one where the pilars come and hes in the center of the arena and shoots stuff)sora goes into the middle of the area and the pilars protect sora.the reaction command changes to pilar break that makes the pilars go everywhere attack everything.the attack command changes to shoot that make sora shoot the bullets.then the reaction command changes to Farewell which make sora charge a huge bullet and shoots it at the ground

 

Name: Soul Form (Fusion between Sora and Riku) KH2:FM+

How to Obtain: Must have all other forms maxed out, and you must be level 99. Next, fill up Sora's item slots with Elixers. Then, in the 2nd stage of the sillhouette battle with Xenmas, at any time, give Riku all of your elixers and after the battle you will obtain this form.

Appearance: Sora has white, spiky hair, and he is wearing a dark purple outfit with black swords all over representing Riku's soul eater. In one hand he is holding the Way to Dawn keyblade and in the other he is holding the Ultima Weapon. The Oblivion and Oath Keeper are floating behind him. There is blue electricity surrounding him.

Advantages: Speed increases by 1.5, Jump Increases by 1.0, stronger defense, If you use the reaction command it automatically cancels out the opponent's attack.

Disadvantages: Drive Gauge depletes twice as fast, cannot use magic

Abilities: Ultimate Aura (Like Riku's Dark Aura except more devastating and powerful), Spin of Destruction (Sora spins and whirls all four keyblades which releases lightning to cause damage all around him), Riku Dodge Roll (Sora can perform Riku's dodge roll from KH:COM)

Other Information: If Sora's hp goes to zero, instead of being game over, the soul form will automatically revert and Sora and Riku will have half of their hp back.

EDIT: Anyone who read this a couple minutes after I posted will notice I changed the name on it. ;)

 

Name: Royal Form (Sora and Mickey fuse)

How to obtain: Go into battle to defeat, Old Bald Guy.

Appearance: (I actually drew this one out XD) Think about Sora and the King's outfits put together. With colours such as, Red, Silver, Gold and Black. He also has a crown on his head, slightly tilted. He also has a small gold aura, around his body. (If I had my scanner working I would have posted a URL for the picture, and yes. The crown I'm talking about is in Final Mix.)

Advantages: Weilds two Keyblades. Running is increased by 1.5X. Jumping is increased by 2x (This meaning just normal jump not High jump). Can keep Sora's Guard and Counter-attack. Can use the Kings Spells. Drive Guage is lifted to 9.

Disadvantages: The Keyblades are automatically Kingdom Key and Darkness Arms. Defense is lowered. Only the use of two spells. Drive gauge depletes 2x faster.

Abilities/Equipment: Weilds two Keyblades, these being automatically Kingdom Key and the Darkness Arms (I think that's what they called Mickeys Keyblade). He fights with 1.5x strength. His running is also is also increased, but not much. Sora can oly use to spells, Pearl and Healing Light. Pearl being a long-range light attack, that follows the enemy and Healing light, heals Soras health, magic and drive, but very slowly, so it's best to use from a distance. Can use Guard and counter attack, using both Keyblades. He also has one Limit know as The King's Aura. This Limit uses the Kings full strength, sending Pearl everywhere and Sora charges at the Main enemy, slashing them with all of his strength.

Anything else: This form is supposedly for KH3 ^^'.

 

Name - Dark Form
How to obtain - Have all drive frorms at level seven.
Appearance - Sora with an Organization cloak
Advantages and disadvantages - Can use no magic from Sora's menu
Abilities (if any) - MAGIC

Dark Aura Level One - Shoots several Dark Firaga shots all at once. [This will become available for Sora at Level three]

Dark Aura Level Two - Rise into the air, and then zips forward, once Sora hits the barrier of the arena, will warp to the opposite side and continue zipping around the room. [This will become available for Sora at Level five]

Dark Aura Level Three - Rise into the air, and then zips forward, once Sora hits the barrier of the arena, will warp to the opposite side and continue zipping around the room. When this is done the keyblade will be stabbed into the ground and pillars will rise from the ground and will cover three quarters of the area. [This is the Dark Aura from Kingdom Hearts] [This will become available for Sora at Level Seven]

Dark Aura Level Four - Rise into the air, and then zips forward, once Sora hits the barrier of the arena, will warp to the opposite side and continue zipping around the room. When this is done the keyblade will be stabbed into the ground and pillars will rise from the ground and will cover three quarters of the area. If the beams hit any enemy, they will have all their stats lowered by half.

Dark Shield - Sora will create a barrier that will deflect any attack

Dark Firaga - Sora will shoot a dark fairball at the enemy.

ACTION

Dark Break - Sora will jump into the air and land on the enemies' head, this will be repeated several times.

Dark Stab - Sora will jump into the air, and slam the keyblade into the ground. Dark pillars will rise from the ground damaging any enemy that gets hit by it.

Name: T Stance Boy Wonder Form


How to obtain: Cheating

Appearance: Mr. T

Advantages: Can doom opponents

Disadvantages: Has to wear blinding bling.

Abilities (if any): Can use the T stance of doom to weild himself as a T-keyblade.

Anything else: pwnts.

Name: Destiny Form
How to Obtain:Have Riku and Kairi in you're party,you have to wield Kingdom Key.
Appearance-It kinda looks like Sora,Kairi,and Riku's outfits combined.He wields Kingdom Key and OathKeeper,and Way to Dawn and Kairi's Flowery Keyblade levitate around him.
Advantage:can use 4 Keyblades at once.you can also use summons.
Disadvantage:tends to cause split personalities.
Abilities:Shooting star(beams of light rain down on the field,destroying the enemies),Dark control.(Temporarily controls the Heartless),Destiny Strike(all 4Keyblades fire Blizzard,Fire,Thunder.and Kingdom Key fires a beam of light.all aim at the enemy.)

Name: Paopu Form


How to obtain: Eating three dozen paopu fruits from Destiny Islands three times.

Appearance: Sora in a star suit with a leaf on his head.

Advantages: Can chemically induce and fuse together any two components.

Disadvantages:... get's mockery and low self esteem.

Abilities (if any): Is able to use the Star Cartwheel of Justice as an attack.

Anything else:... nope I'm good.

Name:Trinity Form.
How to Obtain:You have to have Trinity equipped while you have Donald and Gooy in your party.
Appearance:Looks like Valor form and Wisdom Form combined.You can wield the Keyblade,Donalds staff,and Goofy's shield.
Advantage-You become alot stronger and can acces Donald and Goofy's ablities.
Disadvantage-it goes very quickly.
Abilities-KnockSmash,Duck Flare,all of the limit commands with Donald and goofy.and Trinity,of course.

Name: Fenrir Form
How to obtain: Beat Sephiroth on Proud mode
Appearance: Hair gets extra spikey, weilds large, overly-sized Keyblade with wraps on it that resembles a block and has to be carried over the shoulder.
Advantages and disadvantages: Able to kill anything.....that is behind you. It makes it a bit hard to move. Speed-15. XD
Abilities (if any): Extra strong, ability to divide keyblade into 6 different parts.

Name:Lunar Form
How to Obtain:you have to beat Saix
Apperance:Try to imagine Sora in a Sailor scout outfit.
Advantage:You can use Saix's Power and abilities.
Disadvantage:major Reputation at risk.XD
Abilities:Beserk and Glide.

 

Name: Unseen Power Form
How to Obtain:Defeat (forget his name) the armor guy at the end with the Kingdom key.
Appearance: Sora but with the armor helmet. Half of his clothes are the armor but in Sora Clothes form, and the other half has parts and chips of of the armor on it.And the cape.
Advantage-You become alot stronger and can acces Donald and Goofy's ablities.
Disadvantage- Only one Keyblade which is the Kingdom Key
Abilities-Has real good magic spells, goes REAL fast, defense is good, does not fly it runs, the kingdom key grows longer and has spikes at the end of it.

*Sounds Stupid now but once I draw it it'll be cool! YOU'LL ALL SEE! YOU'LL PAY! WAHHH WAH WAH AH HA HA HA!!!!! xD*

I got another one. This is an upgrade from AnimeGirl104's form.

Trinity form+

A mixture of wisdom form, valour form and sora's normal clothes.

Can be obtained after maxing out all 4 drives, getting to lvl 99, beating sephiroth and maxing out summons. Then equip the trinity limit ability and have donald and goofy in your party. Once you have done all this, keep driving until you get it. It's like getting final form for the first time. Equiping kingdom key seems to raise your chances of getting the form for the first time. Can be lvl up by the number of hits trinity does in this form. 1 hit from trinity=1 exp. A new section called Three! will replace drive. Cannot revert.
Will glide above the ground like wisdom form and can jump as high as high jump. Enables action will gliding above the ground.

Advantages are, can use donald's and goofy's weapons, and some very strong abilities.

Disadvantages are, hard to obtain, lose both donald and goofy, cannot revert and hard to lvl up.

Abilities are mighty guard (when square is pressed, goofy's shield enlarges and protects you from attakcs. 10mp), Shield spin( acessed form the Three! command. unleases a brief tornado with the shield that knocks nearby enemies into the air. 10mp), white wind (accesed from the Three! command. Heals Sora by the amount of HP he has currently. eg. sora has 50 hp. Using white wind will heal 50 hp. Costs half or all (when less than half mp) max mp), Ultimate (unleashes three balls of light that seek out enemies. 12mp), trinity end (unleashes a spinning cyclone that draws in and damages enemies with donald's and goofy's weapons as a mid air finisher), trinity finish (jumps into midair then lands on the ground, dealing shockwaves as a ground finisher), trinity magic (the keyblade, shield and staff will raise into the air and cast three spells for the cost of one.), and trinity plus (accessed from Three! command. Sora yells Three! and the shield and staff seperate from him and automatically attack enemies. You will control sora with his keyblade. Keep attacking until the limit meter runs out. Then sora will call the staff and shield back and lifts up his keyblade. A ball of light will appear and draws in enemies and deals major damage. Costs all mp.) Growth ability is dash break(sora dashes like quick run. During dash break, sora will not be damaged and enemies in his way will take damage from the shield and staff protecting sora.)
