It's pretty good but I'd say you need to work on placement of things on a body.

Like how the eyes are a bit too close for being that big. The legs on the first one are placed too low, try thinking that the legs are half as tall as the actual body. On the Second one, his right leg is too far back.

And for poses, try them out yourself and if they're comfortable then go ahead and attempt it.
But the first picture looks very uncomfortable and I tried and can't quite do what the picture is doing.

They're really good but you do need to work on some things.

They don't look bad.

I like the wings in the first one. I also like the folds. But I do think they're a bit too thin. I'd give it a 7.
