Hey, I'm back to playing around with making pics, sigs, bg's and the like since i got my new computer. These are the latest two that i just made. Give me some CnC please's. They were made to be backgrounds on my laptop. Thanks and enjoy. http://s883.photobucket.com/albums/ac31/Joben1337/New%20works/?action=view¤t=pridepain.jpg http://s883.photobucket.com/albums/ac31/Joben1337/New%20works/?action=view¤t=hinata_bg.jpg
First pic: I liked it. I liked the faded effect of each of them especially. Second pic: It was alright, but it didn't really jump out at me. It's probably just because i'm not such a big fan of Hinata tbh.
Well, it looks like it's basically effects in photoshop? From what I can see, you've been playing with opacity, brushes, and a little bit of layer properties/blending options? (like stroke/outside glow, if i'm not mistaken?) Anyhow, starting with the basics is a good way of starting. Though I would try to make something more with the background, as the (Hinata) background looks a bit messy. If you take a look at my sig, you see I use the render in order to create a background, which is something you might wanna look into. I'd recommend trying to find some tutorials or something. I'm a minimalist when it comes to desktop BG's or something, so I try keeping mine to a minimum, but everyone has a taste.
Okay well... Just as with smaller pieces, you need a concept. It's apparent on the first one that you have a concept, thought could benefit from a bit from some more effects and some thought about the stock's sizes. They look somewhat disparate. The second one has a lot of brushes going around...Which isn't bad, but the effects don't follow a flow toasted the focal in the case of the stars. Also, the background is somewhat bland. Overall, it's really cool trying out bigger stuff, good job with these.
First one: I like the colours, and the background is super pretty :3 It all seems to fit in with each other very well. Second one:Dont like this one as much.... The backgrounds to bright or something, and draws attention away from the rest of it. Both are really good though! Nice work :D
