This is basically it:

You make a wish, and the next person grants it, but at the cost of something.

Like...

Xaale : I wish that I could fly.
Next Poster: Granted, but you fly to high and die of oxygen loss.

Or...

Xaale : I wish I had a million dollars.
Next Poster : Granted, but it's all in play money.

Gogogo!

I wish I could stop taking Home and Careers class in school.

 

Granted but you become homeless with no job.
