How do you think the battle system was?
I thought the battle system was fairly unique, but not falling in line with the Kh series.
In Kh1 the battle system is the same as Kh2, and from the BBS and 358/2 Days screenshots it looks quite similar as well.
I still found the CoM battling fine, well, good enough for a game.

Well I haven't played Re:CoM but I don't like that in the normal CoM you have very limited amount of space. Also I would have liked it more if you had a wider range of attack cards instead of like when I fought marluxia I only had like 35 cards. But other than that it's ok.

Not bad for a GBA game. I liked the sleigh system. I used one every chance I got. Other than that, I liked it overall.

I wasn't a big fan. Took me awhile in the beginning to realize using sleights makes you lose the first card in the combo... T__T I'd be left with one card and wondering why. But anyway the fighting wasn't that bad. More running room woulda been nice seeing as the fattie bandits take up basically the whole screen.

I didn't really like the card system that was implemented. I thought it was really hard but it felt like you were actually dueling and the card breaks were blocking your technique just as you were blocking theirs.

I liked it. It added a touch of difficulty to the game...At least no button mashing for that matter. xD

Personally I hated it, I just couldn't get the hang of it. I'd end up in the same situation as Smiles<3. I got it the night it came out, and I just beat it this summer because I couldn't figure out how to use strategy on the game.

Just remember, it's for the GBA so it's going to suck. For a GBA game though, it was pretty good.

It was creative and original which I liked but it was still a pain to battle with

I kind of liked it. It interested me, although it was difficult to me.

absolutly hated it when i played the game first time through, getting card broken is a pain for button mash happy people like me.

but then i played the game through a second time and i realized just how good the card system actually was. that is once i created me a deck of pure 8s and 9s, a button masher's friend.

It was a little tricky at first. I am a button-mashing type of player, so getting card broken constantly was a pain in the butt. But after a while, I learned how to use the lower valued cards for things like sleights, which helped a lot. Stock 1-5 valued cards, everything else press A as fast as I can.

Too bad the R button on my SP has stopped working >_< At least I can still play Re: CoM on the PS2 properly.

When I first heard about the card system, I was like "pshhh, that's dumb," but I actually liked it when I found out what you can do with it. I didn't think it would be so easy to reload, when you take this into account, you really don't have many limits.

It didn't really appeal to me much. I'm not big into card-based games, but still a good game nonetheless.

It was interesting, but it would piss you off on most of the major bosses.>.>

yeah it was annoying in boss fights
u would be recharging ur cards and then they would hit u and then u would die -.-
    but it's still ok tho
to me it's like a 7 or 8 out of ten cause it was ok besides of the boss fights

It confuses the hell out of me ._.

I can't get the hang of sleights at all, no matter what I always end up getting my cards broken or I get attacked during sleight when I'm trying to collect the right cards from my deck. I only ever used the magic cards for sleights since it was more worth it then the standard attack cards.

Hopefully it'll be easier on the PS2
