    Honestly, I don't like it.

    Cloud sticks out to much and the background doesn't fit well with his 'brightness' going on.

    well its good but cloud sticks out a tid bit. the colors dont suit him and having a moxture of them which contrasts each other works well =]

    Hm...Its ok, a couple of things though:

    1. Cloud looks way too contrasted, you need him back to normal, or at least lower the saturation on him

    2. The text doesnt go as well, maybe a sifferent font, effect or colour may help with that

    3. The background clashes, I suggest re doing that

    Well it took my 1min to make if i put more into it would be much much better
    I used basic tools (Mostly Match Colour tool)

    Personally I think its to tall to be a sig; although it seems everyone is going out of their way to make their as big as possible(try 400x125 instead).
    Cloud stands out to much in my opinion.

    The colors clash terribly, and it's a real strain on the eyes to look at. Look into complimentary and triad colors (this website could help you a lot: http://www.colorsontheweb.com/combiningcolors.asp). Cloud sticks out way too much, He looks like he was just thrown on that background willy-nilly. You need to incorporate your render into your sig, and simply throwing it onto a colorful background doesn't get the job done.
