I have to say, this is better than your other Aerith sig you made. Maybe you should try seeing how it would look with the border on just the bottom part of the sig and try adding in some pen took effects and lighting around the render to give it a bit more life. It's looking a bit dry to me at the moment for some reason.
Looks nice, but all it seems you did was do a gradiant background, use an over-sized flower brush, added text and put Aerith in the sig. Nice for a beginner, but keep experimenting with styles or use tutorials.
I like it, the colors blend well and I like the gradient that you used. I would experiment with the lighting and try some selective coloring and maybe the channel mixer to get a different effect and accentuate some colors.
