Which classic Gameboy games are your favorite? Which do you feel have had the most impact on you? For me I would have to say Lufia 2 Curse of the Sinistrals 2001 has to be one of my favorite RPG series right next to Pokemon. Well my first Lufia game was for the Gameboy color and I like how it introduced me to warriors that could use both magic and physical attacks. Not just having to be a different class to use one or the other. I also like how Southland has dungeons that change each time you reenter them I thought that was something rally different.
The original Tetris will always have a special place in my heart. I remember playing it for the first time on the old Gameboy when I was 4, and how I tried and tried until I figured out how to really play it. The theme remains to be one of my favorite pieces of video game history to this day.
I remember fondly playing Tetris for hours with my best friend. It was funnier on the GB since you couldn' t see your opponent' screen. My dad played the **** out of it too. Quite literally : he' s kept a game and watch Tetris in "his" toilets for years (tmi ? xD). My favorite theme was the nutcracker though. I' ve played one of the original Pokemon but didn' t get into it. A few Squaresoft games aside I mostly remember Nintendo games, Zelda being hands down at the top of my list.
I mostly grew up with Pokemon Red on gameboy, but I also had Cubix racing. I don't know what happened to all of my gameboy games, now that I think about it...huh
Probably the first one I owned which was Pokemon Gold. Well...I don't really have much else to say. A 6 year old with Pokemon? That should be more than enough to tel how much I loved it. Though there was that one incident I used a Master Ball on a Magikarp...yea don't mention that... >>"
Pokémon Crystal Version takes the top spot, with Pokémon Puzzle Challenge as a close second. Tetris DX and The Little Mermaid Pinball are on the list, too.
