Traditional Art Chibis!

I'm kind new here But Hi! I Draw alot better than this on paper -.-; But yeah This is Uncolored because It looks better like this.

And second, this isn't bad at all. Though my only suggestion is to make Roxas's head a little bit spiker. The top seems a bit flat on hair. Also, wat's that thing on Roxas's left?

 

Roxas should have spikier hair. The eyes should be about the same size, try to keep them as close looking as possible. The line going downwards on him, is that a belt? If it is, it's pointed down too much, bring it up and make it an even height. Even chibis should have human-like proportions, so make sure everything is the right size for the head and such.
The girl chibi's hair is messy and stiff, and since her hair looks liek it should beover her eyebrows, don't draw them in. The proportions on this one are better, try bringing out her elbows to the side some more, and make sure she isn't leaning to the side, or crooked. Also make sure that the facial features are even as well.
You have a good start. Next time try drawing it on paper, since drawing on a computer can be tricky, and this picture is a bit messy.
