    How do I access the chest shown to the left here at 13:52? I believe it contains Dark Matter.

    I believe you have to use the elevator outside but that is just a wild guess. Keep in mind that this part is also very trolling like for exampel that part with the moving doors that makes you at first believe it is possible to get an extra chest.

    Don't know if it will get you that one, but you can cast blizzard on the bubbles in the waterway, which turns them into platforms that you can jump on. Try it around the ones near the switch puzzle/save point.
