Everything seems to work really well in terms of crit, maybe the right eyes a TEEEEEEEEEENSY bit smaller than the left. 33: Otherwise spot on!

Actually you made a close guess - it's a digital watercolour tool for Corel Painter IX, very close to rl watercolours! You even have to make it dry! :D I used that and the conte chalk tool. I was inspirered by official RM art, the colours were very interesting.
