capture card help

what is the best capture card that works will all game systems
if there isnt one that works with all of them then
please tell me which one works best with xbox 360
and im looking for one that has good video quality
also one that isnt crazy expensive

Most work on all game systems, because they utilize the RCA cables (the red, white, and yellow ones) that you'd normally plug into your television. So really, anything you can view on your TV can be recorded with one.

What price range are you looking in?

Also, just a helpful hint: if you do choose one, look it up on youtube. Not only are there good setup tutorials (as you usually need to purchase a few other cables), but there's also people testing the different quality settings.
