Help Can't register in the User Portal

Yes, I've read Deathspank's Guide, but it doesn't tell me anything about Registering...

So, here is what I've done:

First of all, I click on the Log-In Link...

Good so far...

Then I click on "Register" and fill in my mail and password...

Note: The mail adress IS valid! And I tried other ones too... still...

All I get is "Bad email adress. Enter valid email adress."

I've the same problem, I cannot register in the User Portal, I dunno why, it say that the mail is wrong or it show a mistake, Anybody could help us?

lol I was just thinking of letting someone else registering my mail xD

 

hmmm I would make a yahoo e-mail account and try that. That's what I have and it works fine

 

just created one and it still doesn't work... >.<
Say, could you create one with this mail (unkn0wnk1d@yahoo.com) and send me a random pass you used through PM, so that I can change it afterwards? :p

 

I'm having the same problem.

 

i had the same problem too then i just entered my e-mail and password in and it logged me in you should try that it worked for me

 

uhm, did you LOG IN or register o.o

 

i logged in but when i registered it said that my email wasn't right then i tried logging in and it logged me in

 

I figured that removing the @ from the adress doesn't lead you to the bad mail message... could it be that there is an error with the input form of the mail adress? Where are the webmasters if you need them xD

 

That is weird. Unforunately I don't have the powers in the Portal to do this. I will get spdude to investiage.

Try this.

Register at http://www.vidiac.com/

Then use that same e-mail and password they provide for you at the user portal. Again, they choose the password for you.

-Edit- Never mind, you choose your own password... they must have changed it, lol.

Oh and the website doesn't really give you a generated pass, you can simply enter one of your own.

 

OMG, I love both you guys. One for giving the way and the other for showing me what I stupidly did wrong. ^_^
