Yes, surprisingly enough. Used to be i could hardly see my toes, but i'm in much better shape now.

You should stretch 'em. In time you'll be able to touch the floor. I struggled for ages to touch my toes but now i can easily place my hands on the floor (I'm goin' for my head next. xD).

No. You must be standin' with your legs completely straight.

I can touch my toes with my fingers though, and I can get my palms flat on the floor from standing.
