    better yet, is there a cheat to use anti form at will and still use reaction commands?

    Yes there is actually.
    Drive into Wisdom to get Anti with RC
    11CFA406 00000059

    Also, if the last two digits are set to 62, I think you drive into final and can use the glide ability.

    If you use Quick Run now, it T-Stances (You can't move or anything)

    With codes, yes, and you can weild a keyblade while you are in anit-form.
