Can someone tell me how I can see Japanese(?) characters?

    I'm using Windows XP SP3.

    No, just a bunch of boxes with numbers inside them.

    I have the japanese font pack 1 which makes japanese characters look...like...some ancient language.
    As for this, I don't know what to say...maybe...ftl?
