Can somebody please give me the GameBoy Advance Code Converting Program?

    Excuse me but could somebody please give me the GBA Code Converting Program? I really want it. For those of you who don't know I'm talking about a program that can convert codes made for the GameBoy Advance like converting CodeBreaker and GameShark Codes To Action Replay. Well anyway please post the link/attachment here so I can download the Program.

    PS: My PC has been messed up in a REALLY BAD impossible to explain way and I am unable to use winrar:(. So please make sure the download you post is one that I don't need winrar to use.
