Can I claim money or Cant I claim Money?

    One the 30th December I lost my Wallet I was sitting on a bench and I had my bag with me I put my bag down and I got up to put something in the bin and when I got back my Wallet was gone, the wallet had £80+.
    Can I claim money or not?
    This is more a less to the English Members.
    Also It was my birthday which makes it even worse. :(

    Unfortunately I'm afraid that you can't claim anything back. I had my purse stolen with money in and I was told that this was the last I would hear of it. I went to the police and followed the procedures.

    I'm really sorry to hear that you had such bad luck on your birthday.
