Can anyone help me with my sound on my computer?

    Ok so I have an HP mini (yeah I know :-P) and just recently my stupid ass Step dad had to go and clean out my computer for some odd ass reason, and while doing so, my sound device got deleted, but here's the odd part, it says I still have the sound device but I can't install it because of a code 10, does anyone know how to fix this?

    Don't know why you didn't put this in tech support but eh.
    Anyway the only thing I know to do is back everything up and reformat the harddrive.
    But maybe someone will have a different solution and can offer better help than I can.

    Yeah, you'd get better help in Tech and Tech Support.

    Anyway, what kind of cleaning do you mean?
    File cleaning on the computer or cleaning of the tower itself?

    Try restoring it to the last time it was working with System Restore.
