    Well in this case... I suppose it could be...

    Normal member = Hollow
    Premium = ....stronger hollow? XD

    So like,

    Normal = Konpaku
    Premium = Shinigami Student
    Coder = Regular Shinigami
    Moderator = 5th seat or higher shinigami
    Super mod = Assistant Captain
    Admin = Captain


    Oh and...

    Site owner = CAPTAIN COMMANDER!

    Normal Members = Hollows

    Premiums = King Fisher (the hollow Ichigo's dad fought...it was an arrancar, but way weaker than the others since it was a normal hollow gone arrancar...)

    For me:

    Normal = Pluses (ordinary people)
    Premium = Shinigami Student
    Coder = Reg shinigami
    Moderator = Liutenant
    Super Mod = Captain
    Admin = Vizard (they were once shinigami)

    If Ichigo went to this site he'd be a Super Mod O.o well, technically a Vizard, but he isnt as powerful as the other Vizards...
