ok, this is new. They're actually deciding to deliver food......how the heck does that work? You're better off going over there since you'll probably be paying a lot less than if you had it delivered. I'm never going to get used to saying that now. Although McDonald's could use some of those thermal heated bags, their food is much better warm
Lol, I saw Dane Cook post about this on Facebook. I'm not the biggest fan of BK, since I work at a Chic-Fil-A across the street from one. |: But, with the experience of catering services for CFA, it's expensive, at least where I live, to deliver even a Catering Service. It was at least 12 dollars more to deliver, and it had to be over 150 dollars for the delivery to be available. Normally it was for events for schools, businesses, camps, etc. But delivering a 8 dollar meal to someone who lives 20 minutes away? That's a bit ridiculous. But hey, that's their problem. Go Burger King!
.... That's rather epic. Or it is to me. Burger King are now helping the developed world on its way to complete obesity a bit faster. We're all dooommmeedddd. But meh,I guess it shall help them with business etc,and in all honesty a small part of me is disappointed that they would not do this in Ireland,and even if they did my nearest one is roughly twenty five minutes away. Le sob.
Wow really? Can the world get any lazier? The fact that delivery is only offered within a ten minute distance is really bad. Anyone can take ten minutes to drive themselves, walk or take a bus/taxi to Burger King within that time. On the other hand, I can see how helpful this can be for disabled people. But anyone else who is able should take themselves using some form of transportation. Sorry, I don't mean to sound so negative about this. x.x;
I heard about this in my economics class a few days ago. It was weird to me at first but kinda cool at the same time. To be honest I thought the teacher was trolling us. 20 cheese burgers please(inside joke)!
*v* finally I don't have to drive up the street to get Burger King. xD But really I can't foresee using this much--when I do get fast food I go for Wendy's, they make me feel less terrible about myself, and the food is generally better. But I'm not surprised fast food joints would begin delivering, pizza places do so it was only a matter of time haha.
I don't people will be using this that much. Except for if they have to work through lunch...I guess...?
yeah, i would probably go to McDonald's or wendy's before Burger King any day. Even if they don't deliver, at least they're food tastes better(that's just my opinion)
