Kingdom Hearts II Boss Theme Songs

Alrighty folks, I was messing around today on Microsoft Movie Maker, and I made an automovie of one of the boss fights. It didn't turn out to bad and it gave me the idea of doing different music videos to each of the major boss fights in KH 2. What I want to know from you guys is, what song do you think fits each boss? If you could give me the name of the boss, and a song for them, I may get to making these. If not, this can still be a thread about which songs go with which bosses.

The only problem is that most boss fights are longer than the usual 3-4 minutes of a song right? Cuz I don't exactly understand what you're doing. Are you splitting teh clips and putting them together to join the music, or are you just placing the music with the original boss movie?

 

Kind of a combination of both. I'm also just curious if a certain song pops into peoples head when they think of a boss fight, or if there is a song you think accurately describes a boss.

 

Plus one going crazy with Axel: second battle.
However it would be even cooler with the movies of the boss appearign and then dying right?

 

Agreed, Plus, Axel's fight is so short, I would have to have extras added in @_@ Other characters have much more face time. And heck, I could possibly even use the fight where you fight alongside Axel, but I think that would need a different song, because Axel is kind of a changed person.

 

y' know, maybe you could add different parts of the battles, because Xemnas has 3 fights... you can mix them to get 3-4 min of battle ^_^ it's an idea...

for Xemnas you should use "Pride of the Tyrant" by Rhapsody and mix the 3 battles, the song is about 5-6 min long... I don't rmember, but it's a good song and matches Xemnas perfectly

 

There is so much footage for each portion of Xemnas that I could make a music video for each one ^^;; Trust me, I checked into ti @_@ Only one that has been awfully short so far was the second Axel fight.

 

Take both Axel fights. In the first one he als ohas real cool moves.
Maybe in the quieter parts of teh song you can put the partner battle with Axel.

Axel, is it possible for you to get me a download of the song? Either that or tell me the cd it is from, I use bit torrent, so I would have an easier time finding the cd than the song. Thanks in advance.

 

Maybe in the Axel fight choose like Somewhere I belong from Linkin Park. Axel wants Roxas to come back, and until then, Axel feels like he doesn't belong anywhere. Probably.... XP

 

Roxas's song should be "Hotel California" by the Eagles. Just a song that came into my head when I first saw him.

I think to make the Xemnas fights really cool, you should combine them. A really good song for it is Meant to live by Switchfoot. The small cutscenes in the fights with Xemnas will make it look real cool. The song isn't too hard to download either though you can tell me if you can't.

 

I have We were meant to live, so I'm good to go on that one, and I pmed you back Axel...and actually I think that could make a REALY cool xemnas fight. As for Roxas, I think Hotel California may be to long, considering all he has as a "boss fight" is a short cutscene, though if I wait for final mix it might be a possibility. Though I think there could be a song that might fit him better.

I'm gonna work on a Xemnas one I think, if you don't mind. I'll combine all the boss fights and some cutscenes to get the cool reaction commands and the cooler parts of the fights. I'll be probably using: Meant to live by Switchfoot.

You know what, if you don't like the idea of making Thorn/Twilight Zone or Saix/Bark at the Moon, I'll find a way to do them myself sometime over winter break.
