Truthfully, I think you need to add some shadows. I don't see the 3-D ish point around here. So try to add a bit more shadows around their clothing and faces. It woulod help. ^^
Biggest flaw I can see is lack of individuality in the characters. They all look the same, but with different outfits and hair styles. Change up the shapes and finesses and all that. Shadows would be nice too. Good wrinkles on the clothes. Nice job overall.
I never thought of it like that before and I tend to disagree even now that I'm thinking of it like that. There is no third dimension in these and shadows are needed you're right, but I'm surprised you expected shadows from me. I guess that's a compliment, but in the end I never use shadows ever and probably won't be able to until I learn more about how they work. You notice how I never have a light source either, same principal, I'm just not knowledgeable enough and I have never learned formally so that's something I will work on in the future but I wouldn't expect too much. Flaw seen and working on it, just not very much. >_> In this case I find it's more a matter of I've never put effort into faces or expressions than anything else I'm doing wrong in that aspect. Since I basically distinguish things by hair and clothes anyways. I'll look into it but it's another thing I never expect to be good at.
These are all awesome. Are they all the same character? I love the girl with the cloak over her shoulder. I also like how you gave that character a hat. Hats are okay once in a while. (What if Ichigo wore a hat?)
