My suggestion is to have a "Book of the month" thread in the book section. Every month a new book will be hosted with a review. It will be a discuss thread about the book and the members will suggest books for the next month. Then the staff will choose one of them to be book of the next month.

That actually sounds like a pretty sweet idea, but I'm not sure many people would participate. :/

Guys, this is KH-Vids.Net, not Anything Forum-Random.Net. Let's not stray too far from Kingdom Hearts.

    Ehhh...

Im not sure many people would go for it :/

But we could just do it in the book section, and see how it works out *shrug*

sure, sounds good, but there would have to be two books. they would have to be middle school, and high school

There are KH books, so technicly, when we say books, its not too far from the main point...thats my psycho theory...

nyways, I love the idea. I can't find good books in libraries because I judge books by there cover.

    xDDDD

As for this idea... I don't care, as long as someone dedicated wishes to run it.

Oh c'mon, the KH sections scrape along with just a few posts a day. xD;; Basically every suggestion here has been non-KH related.

As for who runs it... I'd suggest Jade if she were more active, but I also think HB could do it, if she wanted. She seems to be quite the book nerd.

In theory it sounds amazing and i would so do it. But this is firstly a KH site, and I really doubt that people will go with it.

Glad you like it. I suppose you are right though.

That's true and.. oh well, Mish put it better.

I thought this was a good idea because the book section seems dead lately and like me i suppose there are many other people here who enjoy readind books so why not having an organised thread to talk about books and suggest books we like.

As you and Mish said though, maybe this idea won't work. I suppose today books are not that popular.

I don't see what a sticky thread in the books section would hurt to suggest new books to others really. It's the right section for such a thing. I don't think it has to be a 'book of the month' sort of thing, but perhaps just a place to post books read and maybe give a rating and review so people could check them out if they wanted.

Kind of reminds me of story of the week.
But yeah, I don't think it'll be a hit and very necessary...

    ... There's a book section!?

Oh, well that totally changes my perspective. Then yeah, I say go for it.

    Nice, Misty. xD
I just don't think there's enough bookworms on this forum for it.
