Blue Blood

Note: this may need to be moved to fantasy, also this is an idea for an anime that I've been working on so please bear with me

Years had passed ever since a meteor struck near Japan, creating a change in Humans until at least a a fifth of the population had become a new race of humans with advanced strange abilities related to nature. They were known as Blues. As time went on a war broke out between races because the fact that Blues considered themselves "superior" to the normal humans that lived with them. But after a year of pointless fighting, the war subsided and the races had separated into different cities, although there is still tension between them. Other Blues that had stayed in the city became part of an organization called Zero working for the government, their job was to deal with any blue that would cause havoc in the city. But now small meteors that are the same as the last are coming down to Earth, bringing strange creatures with them,

~The places~
(these are the settings for the rp, you can travel between them)

-The City: Where most humans live, also populated by a few blues that make up the organization, a large wall surrounds the outside, separating them from where the blues live in the outskirts. Many people whether blue or human try to keep a peaceful life. Zero ensures that blues and humans don't cause trouble.

-Outskirts: The majority of the Blues live here, to survive they mostly rely on themselves to plant food and build things. they are now constantly receiving goods from the city. Many of the Blues here have a strong sense of pride for their race and don't appreciate help.

-Outer realm: A lifeless burned land where the original meteor hit, this was also the battlefield for the war. So much was destroyed here. A rumor says that there has been so much senseless battle that it constantly rains ash. Because most of the Meteors hit here the place is overrun with creatures

History: was a child when the war broke out. When the blues where being taken out of the city soldiers shot his parents, so he isn't that fond of humans
Personality: He is very detached from others, but he is very rebelious and makes trouble in the city often
Weapons and Abilities: has a small sword but prefers to fight hand-to-hand,
Biography: He lives in the outskirts with the few people he knows, most of them he knows while he was in an orphanage
