Square-Enix Blitzball~

I have a small *cough* obsession with this game in FFX, (it fails hard in FFX2)

I find it to be damn addictive and have spent many, many hours building up my team stats and abilities xD

Do you like it too? Or do you only play for the neccessity? i.e to gain the sigil and weapon.

Proudest achievement?

Mine was when I finally beat the Al Bhed Psyches :P

They are the only team I have ever had difficulty with -__-



p.s Auroch's Spirit is one hell of a damn good abaility. You.have.to.earn.it O_O

OMG! I'm not the only one? lol yea, I'm kinda obsessed...or alot obsessed.

:/ they made it to easy in FFX-2, I liked controlingwhat to do instead of it being controlled for me.

I like playing it, lol but I hated it the first time I played when you had to play it in Luca the first time.

I've beat every team...except the Al Bhed Psyches :/

I still haven't gotten that skill, I'll have to try and get it once I get my copy of FFX back.

I love the game xD and I can NOW beat all of the teams -_- though some of them are tough matches! When I had to play the first game I was like WTF! I lost 2-1 to them T_T but now the Luca Goers are like one of the easiest teams to beat ^^

In FFX2 it was pathetic! I don't get why they thought they had to change it amd OMG Shinra is the worst ****ing goal keeper in the game! 0_0

It is an AWESOME skill! It like adds the ENTIRE teams shooting ability stats TOGETHER! So you have a shooting ability of 99! :dead: ​

I think it was cuz people thought it was to hard (my thoughts till I realised how fun it was and became obsessed)

I swear the first time I beat the Al Bhed Psyches I nearly cried, I actually jumped around my front room yelling >_>

I found the first couple of games hard, but one I settled into it, it became so natural that I could concentrate on how amazing it was! LOL I still get excited about abilities now xD especially since some of them are major difficult to gain! It took me forever to realise the trick to learn Sphere Shot x_x

Yes you do have to get it! OMG get the second Jecht Shot too!

I got the Jecht Shot second time I played though cuz at first I didn't know what they heck it was saying hit away the taunting memories but that was probably cuz I was all like "what?..." *skips thougth explaination* ...."uhh" *presses all the buttons*

Uh, not sure one of my friends is borrowing my game and I haven't played since the start of summer....*get another sudden erge to play for the 100th time*

 

There is a second jecht shot :P which is even more amazing ^^

:P I was lucky to get the Jecht Shot first go but that was more from luck and fluke!

My layout is

Wakka (LF) Tidus (RF) Datto (MF) Botta (LD) Letty (and Jassu I interchange them) (RD) and Keepa (G) obviously :P​

 

i played blitzball so much i got bored and did character hacks after i got EVERYTHING maxed out.
i made jecht, auron, seymore, rikku, lulu, and someone else i can't remember be hacked into my team.
i also changed the ball to the world champion.
then my friend lost my gameshark...

I havn't quite got them all maxed out yet ^^ I'm getting there though :) I don't think I will ever get bored of it.

Oh geez i love apling blitzball! I've been really addictive to it also. but to be honset..i really suck at it. And I've been trying to get better. xD

Play in the exhibition games ^^ it gets you practice but doesnt affect your place in the leagues :P

Hmm when you do play in the leagues etc though, the first thing you NEED to do as soon as possible is get Keepa (or whoever your goal keeper is) to learn Grip Gloves and Super Goalie​

I love using it! and if ir was a real game then I will sing up right away ^^

 

Same ^^ it is the main way I score against the Luca Goers and Al Bhed Psyches because they are the worse for ganging up on my shooters. I am not really a fan of Sphere Shot :P too unpredictable! Though some of the status shots are good, Venom Shot, for example is good <3
