Kingdom Hearts II Blindfold.....?

So after watching the extended Riku and Roxas scene, I noticed that before Riku turns into Ansem, he takes off his blindfold. But when he goes back ot being Riku he has it on again, anyone else notice this, and why does that happen?

 

who knows....I was wondering that too. I always thought that the blindfold sorta hid away under the darkness when he became Ansem.

 

...What? That's bizzar....I think Disney/Square are starting to loose it....>.>;

 

It may just be a mistake or then again maybe not... who knows?

 

I just took it that when he's changed he is completely caught in the darkness, but that when he's Riku that's when he needs the blinfold to keep up the act of being caught in darkness?? lol that made so much sense in my head before I typed it!!

Well when Riku puts on his blind fold it keeps him from sensing Xehanort's Heartless and the Darkness , well the blindfold coufuses his heart and it thinks it's still in it's rightful body. When the blindfold is removed Riku's heart quickly takes form of Xehanort's Heartless. In the part called Another side , Another story Riku takes off his blindfold but his heart has not the power to control the darkness and so the transformation is not complete . - This theory belongs to me.
