    We all know what it's supposed to do--that is, you can trade it for a pin of your choice--but, when/how do we actually get to do this? Sorry if this is a question that's been answered before. D:

    If i recall correctly, we're not offering exchanges at the moment, however, we will be offering them in the future, probably after the current hiring process is over, as its taking up a lot of our time at the moment, though don't quote me on that.

    There will also be certain restrictions on which pins you can exchange it for - so it won't exactly be any pin you want.

    There's a reason why they're not being used at the moment. For now they sit quietly in your pins, but soon you'll be able to use them for exchanging.

    It won't take long now. Just be a bit more patient. More details will come in the future ;>
