PC Black Mesa source

Has anyone else played this amazing mod?
If you don't know, Black Mesa Source is a remake of the original Half Life to run on the current running Source engine. The games, graphics, music, and enemies have all been remastered to fit a more modern way of Half Life. If you don't have it, get it, its free, all you require is Source SDK 2007 which is also free.

 

I'm currently at the end of "Blast Pit."

I have to say, this is one of the best mods I've played in a long time. Not only is it a remake, it's also a bit of a reimagining, as it changes some things from the original (females now have jobs at Black Mesa other then as bodiless voices, more streamlined level design in a few bits, new dialogue, new areas, etc.)

 

Hopefully they'll think about doing Blue Shift and Opposing Force as well.

 

I hope so. I never got to play those ;.;

 

Same, I've played and beaten the original Half Life but my backlog is too big to add those two to the list.
