Black Cat: Start Over

Ok, bored, and I really wanted to start a Black Cat rpg for a long time. I've been looking for one, and haven't found one. This might be the first one. Well here we go.

Rules:
1)You can have up to four chacters.
2)No god-modding whatever that is.
3)Keep it pg 13.
4)No killing without person who you are killing permission.
5)You can change characters at lest twice.
