    well i have just a few suggestions. you could move down the nose and mouth a bit and i don't know if the hair across her cheek is supposed to be there. but in my oppinion i think it might look better if that wasn't there...

    Looking very good, mostly for the expression. :3 It's a very sweet looking girl, has this purity feeling going on.

    Amythest has a point when concidering the lock of hair and mouth/nose. If she's looking upwards they're pretty much in the right place, but then you'll have to adjust the chin as well for the intended perspective. (it would be best to use references when characters are seen from above or below, it's very tricky imo) And the neck looks too long/thick comparing the rest of the body, maybe make it a little smaller? Mostly the lenght needs to be shortened. If you like you can draw harder lines for the hair in the front, it would make it seem nearer to the viewer.

    Pretty good =3 I like the way her hair flows behind her shoulders, and the style of the eyes.

    I dun know this character x3, but I'll try to help.

    Face, neck, hair, head;
    Her Neck is about twice as long as it should be, the neck can't stretch that far. Also, the neck is narrow, it doesn't get narrower as it gets higher(actually it gets a little wider I think o.o) The chin is a bit low and sharp, and the nose is a bit high. The hair on the top of her head shouldn't curve up that much, and the hair on her cheek looks a bit unnatural 'cause it's only a few strands blowing xD. the eyes are also a bit crooked, but I couldn't find anything wrong with the mouth.

    Everything else;
    Although the shoulders curve at the same place on the paper(Very good job at that ^^), they're too pointy. Try drawing a diagonal line to form kind of a little triangle(For lack of a better explanation) where the shoulders bend to make them curve a little more.

    As I said, this is really good. Keep drawing! =D (I know, I suck at crits, sorry xD)

    A'ight, so like her neck is unusually long. o.O And it needs to have an even length because here it kinda looks like a triangle. In my opinion, her eyebrows are waaaaayyy too close to her eyes. Push them up a bit. Also, her nose and mouth need to be farther down because it make her chin look strangley huge.

    Good job with the hair though. Like everything about it but the part thats on the chin.

    Cool

    Cool pic! I personally have no criticism to give because if you've seen my Fanart, you'd undertstand why I can't say anybody's stinks in any way. Plus, besides that fact: I really see nothing wrong with how her face is assemblled, Most manga artists put the nose a little close to the eyes and make the neck a bit longer. Great Job! I need to take up art lessons so I can improve on Sebax and totally own Traditional art.
