358/2 Days Battle against Sora

Alright here's a cool idea.

Considering the 2 duel in TWTNW, how awesome would it be to battle Sora as Roxas?

Since Riku's probably the final boss, Sora could be an optional boss after you complete certain requirements.

Opinions? Ideas?

 

As temptin' as it seems, it's impossible for it to ever occur in the game since Sora is still supposed to be asleep throughout the entire game. And I wouldn't keep on countin' as Riku as the final boss himself.

 

yeah i dont think riku could be a final boss...hes...riku...according to kh tradition every boss has to have like 5 fights with some stupid ship fight...riku only has 2 forms...idk...maybe member 14 will be the last boss for whatever reason...

the sora fight would be cool, but they would definately de-strength him...he probably wouldnt be able to do magic accept shoot beams of light and stuff...no guard either...or drives..

It would be nice, but I don't see how it would be possible. 358/2 Days is about the year during which Roxas is in the Organization while Sora is asleep. It could only end as either Riku capturing Roxas or Roxas coming up on Sora in the virtual Twilight Town. Considering that the Sora vs. Roxas battle took place near the end of KHII, and this game ends at the beginning of it, there isn't really a good chance that they'll meet anywhere during the game.

Odds are, Riku will be the final boss. I mean, Riku vs. Roxas has been confirmed, and that's really the last battle Roxas has before merging back with Sora, except against Axel with diminished abilities and strength. The way I see it, the battle will be something like 1000 heartless battle - Riku 1 - Riku 2 - Xehanort's Heartless.

 

What if Sora is a data battle like in KH2 FM+?

 

Possible, but I don't think that the Organization would really want any kind of Sora information to get to Roxas if they could help it. And sticking a digital version of his somebody into the training would probably go against that rule.

 

If it was a data Sora, it would have to be the KH1 Sora.

 

You mean it's something like Secret Boss????????????? Now that would be nice but the battle Sora vs Roxas is after the battle of Riku vs Roxas so that means that the game will be finished! So how are we going to fight Sora if the game has finished!!!!!!!!!

I actully raised this question but with Birth by sleep.

I know its 10 years in the past and whatnot. But whos to say that portal sora went thought didn't take him 10 years back? -shrug-

 

Roxas beating Sora would cause a mess in the storyline,so propably not...Otherwise,i'd love seeing Sora getting his tiny a*s kicked by roxas!! ^^

 

No such thing as Nobodies or Heartless 10 years ago in KH's universe.

Roxas never meets Sora until KH2.
Meaning he leaves the Organization before that would ever happen.

 

Not true . . . You could beat Sora in the fight then lose in a cutscene.

 

Considering all the confusion, I think I'll clear this up.

After you beat the final boss, you can save your game (file would say epilogue) but you can replay missions from the story for who knows what (points, maybe) and after you obtain a certain number of points, you talk to someone (or something like that), who gives you the option to fight Sora (it also could be a portal, or a menu option).

 

That's basically what I was thinking. Good idea.

Because we all know Roxas will lose to him...
But that doesn't make Riku the final boss.

All of Square's final bosses are usually big winged monsters, why would they break that streak with Riku? Unless he does transform into a giant winged monster.

Also, remember Roxas isn't the only character you control in this game. Why would the game end just because Roxas is gone?

 

Thats not what I ment. I ment fighting Sora as TERRA in BBS. Even if it had nothing to do storywise. (Like the Data org and whatnot)

Yup exactly. It happens alot. Where you beat the crap and expect them to fall then they just knock you around and reviel they were toying with you. I belive Axel and Marluxia have done just that.
