Batman Arkham Asylum: Xbox 360 or PS3?

Hmm.. i have both a ps3 and a xbox360. Which one should I get it for?
Ps3- Joker, don't play as much as xbox360
Xbox360- Better graphic, more used to controller..

They'll probably release the Joker as a DLC in a few months on the 360 anyway.

 

They both look exactly the same. I played all 3 versions and can honestly say if you care about the graphics get it on the PC. Every single multiplatform game that comes out on the PS3/360 look exactly the same except in a few rare cases.

Don't always count on that. I've been hearing that this one is permanent for sure. Not all dlc is timed. Plus even if it does it probably won't be free. It'd be smarter to get it on the PS3 to get it free and play it now than hope it comes to the 360 and if it does it may cost money.

 

PS3 you'll get to be the Joker and the graphics are the same. Actuly wouldn't the better graphics be on the PS3 if anything?

 

True, but is the Joker really that important? From what I hear he's only available on a few challenge maps, and I'm more interested in the main game.

 

If the devs know what they are doing then yes the ps3 version will look better, but slightly better nothing big. Of course if it's ported from the 360 the 360 version will look slightly better.

He's got his own challenge maps and that's it, but it's still a deciding factor in which version you're going to buy.

 

No, multi-plat games in general for similar consoles are made to only take advantage of what both the consoles can offer, equally.

Its true the ps3 "can" pull of slightly better graphics, but not many devs have yet taken advantage of the full capabilities of the console.

 

I'd get it for PS3 because of the free Joker Maps.
I mean if you can get something good for free, why wouldn't you get it?
Don't worry about the graphics though it looks as good on PS3 as on 360.
