Help Background issue on the new skin

This happens to me every time I go into this thread.

The entire page is loaded yet the rest of the background does not appear.

Anyway, I am not getting that issue.
What browser are you using?

 

Eh oh well, it isn't hard to move a thread.

And I am using firefox. This only happens on longer threads though. I have my settings to 100 posts per page. That may be a reason but it shouldn't be happening as that never happened before.
