    /late/

I started to read some of the manga on some livejournal, and that lead to the anime, and that kept me up all night watching every episode that was available at the time. And the next day I watched the episodes two more times. It is strangly addicting. o.o I wish that this anime would have been around when we were reading about World War 2 in school, it'd sure be easier to remember the connections between the countries and dates and I'd probably study more out of curiosity.

Gotta say that the stereotypes are hillarious, there's like something silly about every single country. X3

Also - love the Hell song the Roman Empire sings.

Coco introduced this to me, n' is basically my source for fanart. She's like the angle of fanart heaven. Nordic comics are class!

Anyhoo. I've only seen the anime but it is love! Italy is so cute, like a clingy wee puppy. xD N' i completely agree with Coco, the stereotypes are hilarious.

I was considering whether or not to watch this show until I found out the episodes were so short. The only thing keeping me away was the possible length of the series, but with episodes this short it doesn't matter, really.
I'll be checking it out soon ;o.

I saw some Axis Powers cosplayers at a con I went to recently, really surprised me considering that I didn't think it was all that popular XD

I love Hetalia, perticularly the Chibitalia bits. The drawing style and the characters are just so adorable, I want to take Italy home X3

I also reckon a large amount of my knowledge of history comes from watching it, not just what it says but it makes me want to go off and research the events that are mentioned. Like France trying to force England to marry him and things like that.

I also nearly cried at America and England's bit when America was cleaning out his cupboard. Not many animes can move me to tears but this one did ._.

I'm so surprised that didn't make me cry. I've cried over less emotional things.

OK, so I just saw episode 28.. Sweet heavens, could not stop squeeing of the cuteness! And it makes me realize that when you are stranded on a southern island, ANYTHING can and will happen.
