i'm sure it is the same old voice but they copied & pasted it in.

There is also a scene in the PV Trailer for FM+ where Xemnas gives Roxas his name and Roxas says "Roxas" then Xemnas says "The new you" but for some reason that scene isn't voiced in the game.

 

it would be a bit weird if he said that one line for the whole scene then slience.

 

For the scene with Roxas and Xemnas, Roxas' line was taken from another scene in the game (probably when he meets Naminé, he introduces himself), and Xemnas' line is made up : you can hear it, it sounds too weird to be an actual voice-recording of that line.

 

And, Demyx Data now also says 'Aww, blew it again' when killed, which he doesn't say in the original game anywhere... >_>

They might be different voice actors that sound the same. You can see some things in the Roxas battle that are different voicings too but that's probibly not Roxas Jessy McCarthney (How ever the hell you spell his name)

 

Nice thinking there but Demyx says "Aw, blew it again" when he dies in the original KH2.....
As for the Axel lines, either they got them from different points in the game (which I don't remember) or they cut out different parts of his lines and put them in. Maybe there are some lines that Reno used in FF7AC? >_>

 

I'm going to guess that they're lines that were considered, recorded, but left out. It's not uncommon for lots of different demos to be left out, actually, so I'm guessing that's why they were used.
As for Xemnas, and his line, I'm going to bet that the scene was meant to happen, but left out purposely, so it could be used in FM+. After all, the whole thing gets scripted first, and then they record what they think will make it into the game. If a scene needs to be cut, for whatever the reason, they won't just delete everything immediately, as it might come out in a Director's Cut version, or something.

Of course, there is still a good chance that if it comes to America, the actors might voice over for those parts. It'd make sense, since the parts were voiced in Japanese, and all.
That is, IF FM+ goes elsewhere.
