Kingdom Hearts II Axel crying

Hey, did anyone notice that on the cutscene when Axel shed a tear, just before it drops, u can see it roll down his cheek???

 

Since he has strong feelings towards Roxas, he shed a tear. He knows that he won't be seeing him anymore due to him dying and Roxas finally interwining with Sora. Quite sad, really. :\

P.S.= Shouldn't this belong in the KH2 FM+ section? that is where the scene is found.

 

oh yeah, hehe - but i thought nobodies couldn't cry?

 

That is the mystery! They will probably explain more in the later games...

I think Axel does still have part of a heart, since he obviously felt emotion in that scene. It'll probably be explained in the new game about the Org.

 

I doubt that tear came from Axel, it was rather Roxas.

 

I saw that too, but he's a Nobody, he's not supposed to have feelings. Axel, Demyx, and Larxene acted that way, but there was never any solid proof that they had emotions. I guess Axel only has feelings when with/talking to/being with Roxas.

 

I think that the strength of the friendship between the two was enough to overcome the barriers created by being a Nobody. Axel broke past that because he genuinely learnt to care.

Think about it, if he didn't have some feelings of caring he wouldn't have sacrificed himself in order for Sora to keep going.

I think that all the Nobodies have the ability to break past the constraints of being a Nobody, that they can all access emotion if they find what triggers theirs.

No, it came from Axel definately, you can see it roll down his cheek just before it changes where u can just see the tear drop

 

I've heard somewhere that Axel is like Roxas and is a "special" nobody. Thus, he has emotions.

And he's blatently in love with has a strong friendship with Roxas, so him leaving him would obviously make him cry.

I'll have to agree with CtR on this one. Their friendship was just so strong! If it's not that then most likely one of the other games will explain it.​

 

Well Axel did say when he was around Roxas, it felt like he had a heart. (Death scene). So that could be another reason why he cried because he felt like he was feeling "real emotions" or something similar to that while being around Roxas for the last time.

 

Yeah, i guess so, theres more to these nobodies than meets the eye

 

Just watch the Roxas speech about hearts, and maybe (maybe its right) you think of another theory.
