Kingdom Hearts II Axel and Kairi- An inquiry

So, in Kingdom Hearts 2, Kairi is just hanging out on Destiny Islands, and because this is Kingdom Hearts we need all three friends link up at some point, so Axel goes out of his way to kidnap Kairi... wait, what? How in all hell did Axel even know how to find her? I'm pretty sure in Days the only people who knew about Kairi were Namine, Xion, and Riku, none of which I think were going to tell Axel of all people. Sure, Axel knew where Destiny Islands was, but that doesn't mean that he knew how to pinpoint Kairi's exact location. Furthermore, even if Axel managed to find Kairi, how in the name of all things KH-related did PLUTO manage to find Kairi? Is there just a big blinking sign overhead saying "I AM A PLOT POINT" hanging over her head? I have no idea...

 

It appears that some people only see Chain of Memories as just filler. Axel actually got to meet Sora and dig into his memories. It could easily be that Marluxia forced Namine to talk about Sora's memories just as she made her destroy his memories. It also appeared that every Organization member knew about Sora and his power, and just like any other evil organization works, they find what's most important to the hero and put it in danger. So, that could've lead to Namine telling them about Sora and Kairi's past when she first appeared. Pluto? Well, I think he has special dog powers to go from world to world. He appears everywhere that you don't expect.

 

Yeah I agree that axel must have found out about kairi during Re:com but for Pluto well....if you think back the last time we see Pluto was when he had a letter of Mickey in the field with sora donald and goofy. The only way those three got out of there was because of marluxia lead them to castle oblivion. I think Pluto stayed in the field for a bit longer and probably found his way out and ended somewhere else. and wondered who knows where for a long time until (kh2) he ended up at the world that never was and sees axel walking by. Of course pluto wanted to go with him but axel closed the portal but then he heard whistle which would be RIKU to open up a portal for him which lead him to kairi at destiny islands. I guess Riku knew what was axel up to so he sends Pluto so he can lead kairi away from him so she can be somewhere safe

 

Other than the fact that Axel had an impact on Sora's nobody, Roxas. Also I believe in re:com there was a scene that axel and larxene both have a chat about sora's memories. At that moment he knows who the most is important to him which obviously wasn't Namine; though she tricked him into thinking it is her, but it's actually Kairi.

 

I think Axel always knew, He was close to Saix and so might know from him where Kairi was. Also Pluto I think is secretly a blood hound... lol I have no clue why he keeps finding the plot characters maybe cos of Micky he can sence the light and followed trying to find Mickey but found Kairi instead.

 

I guess Axel makes sense then... I just found it wierd for a second there. Still not convinced on Pluto though... I think I like Tummer's idea that he's just magic the best though. Or he's a bloodhound... or a magic bloodhound.

 

As hilarious as it is that I find Pluto to be a "magic bloodhound", it does make me wonder...what the heck was in that letter he had?!?!?! I mean, he just runs off with it and we never hear from him again until KH2! And if I recall properly, nobody ever mentions the letter...

 

Engh, I think if we tried to pick apart every detail of the original Kingdom Hearts that was never brought up again in either KH2 or the others, we're gonna be here for a while... Which, I fully admit was what I was doing with my original question ^_^U

 

Why Pluto is in The World That Never Was we never find out (my guess is that there's some sort of passage between there and Castle Oblivion? He's a pretty mischievous dog, we never find out how he leaves Traverse Town either), but we see Axel open up a Corridor of Darkness (one of those big black passageways that the Organization always uses), Pluto goes to follow him through it, but gets there too late. Riku, cloaked, appears at the other end of the Alleyway and opens up a Corridor that brings Pluto to Destiny Islands.
I'm presuming Riku didn't just go himself because he didn't want Kairi to see him in his current form, and trusted Pluto to go, as he is the King's.

A Dark corridor opened to him while SDG where having their Happy Faces conversation.
It's normal for Traverse Town to randomly have Dark Corridors opening around, what, with people coming from everywhere everytime.
But it's really hard to say that one wasn't opened by someone we don't know, with it opening right in time for Pluto to go and all.
That also may be where he got the letter, and the reason it wasn't read until now was because it's actually important, like really important, and also from someone we've yet to learn about.

 

if the letter thing is true why does it have the king's seal on it?

 

Sealing a letter with a seal that isn't yours is the best way to come off as mysterious. Also, it adds a sense of importance to the letter that it might not have otherwise.

Assuming that the letter isn't from Mickey, of course.
