Help Awesome sigs and avatars

Im new here, and I was wondering how I could get awesome sigs and avatars, any good websites.
Ex: I saw someone with valor form sora's as an avatar, and I was wondering if I could the same (except with master)

If not, can anyone tell me good sites for avatars (google sucks)

You can´t get them from sites or it will be ripping, you must request them from the GFX Designers, an example is me :3, but don´t ask me for one, I don´t accept requests >_>, go to one of the shops of the Graphic Shop Section.

 

Or you could do it the hard way and make your own sigs.

 

This is a very good idea.

And if you're going to ask what program to use I would say use GIMP since I've seen some people make some sick sigs with it and it's free :D

Though photoshop > GIMP :P

 

You can get alot of tutorials for Gimp at gimptalk.com and there are some at the forums at planetrenders.net

 

This is what I do. I don't make signatures to please anyone but myself. If they don't like it, that's tough cookies for them.

 

Or. Get the ones that allow wearing rights. How I get my gifs.

 

NRA and Guardian_Soul make good points. It probably would be best to make your own using a graphic making program like GIMP.
