    You should let someone ( me of course!!!!) give awards to people! I know
    we have rep... but like 60% of the community doesn't know how to rep...
    So can there be an award giver? (Me) So we could give the BEST member award?

    We have the annual kh-vids awards, which the members decide who wins each category.

    So i would say no to this.
