They're awesome! The end. End of story. Zip. Nada.

Can't wait for season 2 of The Legend of Korra.

I agree. Two of the best series out there

The first is seriously one of the best sagas I've ever watched.

The second...not so much, but still vastly enjoyable, and I await the continuation with great anticipation.

Tone this down a notch and you've got where I stand.

The first was awesome, and really good. I was always excited to watch it.

The second wasn't as good. It wasn't as fun as I though it'd be. The 2nd season better be better than the first.

Love the original. Korra had a strong start, but really started floundering around the end,
I absolutely hate how they dealt with Amon

My only problem with Korra is there was so much time spent on the Pro-Bending, but no time really spent developing the Amon side of things. It was just too rushed. 13 episodes was nowhere near enough to tell a good story in enough detail.

If they had spent more time with Amon the payoff would have been even more underwhelming

We used to use a reputation system, instead of likes. If you liked a post, you could give the poster positive rep, and if you didn't like it, you could give negative rep (Or take rep from them). The amount of rep given and taken depended on a few factors, like membership time, member group and your own level of rep.

Isn't that how a lot of shows' first seasons work?

I'm not sure if you watch and / or like this show, but Disney Channel's Jessie's first season was more about Jessie as a nanny, whereas the second season -- the current season -- is more about Jessie herself.

It could be the same here, where the second season will be more about Amon.

    This.

It was lost when we moved from vBulletin to XenForo.

Avatar was good. Korra was a charming series with a huuuge pacing problems and also lacked the sense of grand scale that Avatar had. It really felt like Korra did nothing, though this might have just been due to the pacing problems.

There's also the forced romance that just felt awkwardly fake, and Bolin becoming a undeveloped nice guy.

Because they're going to make a story arc about a dead guy. Only thing left to know was exactly how he disabled bending.

(you've had plenty of time to watch it by now so I don't consider that a spoiler)

I actually haven't seen all the episodes because we didn't have Nicktoons for the longest time. DISH Network recently made it available on the package we have.

No worries, though. I don't care about spoilers.

    I like them.
They're not the best cartoons I've ever seen, but they're certainly up there.
