Request Avatar in need! ~~DARKAEROGA~~ NOT A SHOP! A REQUEST!

Hey guys! I need an avatar! Some of u may know me ...i dunno. I used to make sigs and avatar...doesn't ring a bell? Well whatever...anyway. My sig / avatar making days are over...for now...not forever. My computer broke and this is a new one and ive lost all data! So I'm asking one of the best avatar makers to make me a avatar for another site. Please. Here is the things i want in it. PS. It has to be less then 250 kb.
