Kingdom Hearts II Avatar copyed kingdom hearts?!?!?THE FIENDS!!!!!!!!

Did anyone notice that in avatar:the last airbender, The chosen one, as we'll call aang, has air as a primary element, and katara has water. Correct me if i'm wrong, but in japanese, doesn't sora's name mean sky and Kairi's mean ocean, and alos, avatar came out after kh1, so avatar is copying kh and not the other way around

I don't see how they're copying...their names don't mean that, it's just their elements. O_o Aang also bends all four, he's just from the Air Nomads so he learned Air first. *been watching Avatar since she was nine* *randomly pictured Aang with a Keyblade* *Laughs to self*

 

besides, the development and storyline probably came before Avatar was made.

 

Really, yes I see where you are coming from in the similarities, but there are many people that use 'elements' as power focuses etc and names in characters. It can't be copyrighted really. Now if Aang came out with a giant key weapon that locked and unlocked stuff, well, there would be more of an issue.

 

Well it doenst matter much cuz avatar and kh are pretty distinguishable so if avatar copied kh oh well proves that the ppl who created it were just lazy but its not a rly big deal.....but nice observation :)

Never noticed that... But be glad the characters don't have similar histories at least... they haven't known each other since really long childhood on an island and all that KH stuff... The element deal could just be a coincidence anyway... right?

Elements mean nothing... unless God copyrights them or something. Which isn't gonna happen, cause he's too busy hottubing with Kira and Chuck Norris.

I like Avatar a lot, its my favorite tv show, but I just noticed this. I didn't think you guys were gonna make such a big deal out of it. It was kinda a joke. Maybe i posted it in the wrong section. If someone could move it to spam zone, that would be appreciated.And now I have bad rep too... :(

I don't really think anyone will care if Avatar copied KH or not, we all know KH is better, right?
