Chain of Memories Audio Problem in the game?

I just played the game today and I've been getting audio issue during the game.
For example, when I pause the game, it makes annoying buzzing noises or sometimes even screeching noises. The game doesn't freeze, it's just the audio. Oh and I bought it at gamestop.

Does anyone have the same problem and how can I fix it?

 

Have you ever played the game before or is this the first time?
It's prolly not the game but your Ps2

 

It's my first time playing the game, and it happened after the battle tutorial with Marluxia.

I'm trying to play other games see if it's the Ps2 or not.
EDIT: Other games worked fine with their audio. So what do I do?

 

Get a new copy???

The CD isn't scratched, and it still makes the buzzing noise during the game.
I mean the gameplay is okay, along with the sound effects. The music plays okay at first, but as the battle goes on longer, it makes a buzzing noise. it also does it when during a battle and too many sound is done (like when I fighting Axel, when I used a potion and he used fire wall, the music started making the noise).

Oh and i have a PS2
