I would choose this over AC3. This is a much better setting for an Assassin's Creed and a female assassin is going to be well worth the wait. I do wish it weren't for the Vita. I prefer my AC on consoles, but I guess this might work. It is definitely more exciting than the lackluster reveal of AC3.
When/if I get a PSV I'll likely he this game but I think that'll be a time away. If it handles anything like the PSP of AC, it'll be good fun. I expected this to be E3 news but oh well, we always get the leaks.
Don't forget Assassin's creed liberation: Really enjoyed the opportunity to play 2 assassin's that lived at same time, and a slave woman!
AC 3 and liberation will hspprn together and probably will have some cross bonus .. this bubisoft sure knows how to make money
