I believe the open beta just came out in April... I could be wrong, since remembering dates is really not my forte... Either way, it is amazing. I love the plot to it and gameplay is rather fun. The music is really nice. You cannot change the gender so if you wish to be a male/female you must be a class which is set as such, but other than that they allow you to design the character however you want to, even the proportions are changeable.
